Sindh Green Foundation (SGF) participated in the ToGETHER Programme Project Orientation held at Indus Hotel, Hyderabad, bringing together Peer Humanitarian Partners (PHPs), Local Humanitarian Partners (LHPs), and the Welthungerhilfe (WHH) team to strengthen collaboration and advance the localization of humanitarian action in Pakistan.
The orientation served as an important platform for fostering coordination, shared learning, and a common understanding of the programme's objectives, while reinforcing the role of local organizations in leading effective and accountable humanitarian action.
During the event, the SGF team delivered a presentation highlighting the organization's humanitarian and development work across Sindh. The presentation showcased SGF's experience in climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, humanitarian response, social inclusion, and youth empowerment, while sharing its commitment to community-led development and locally driven solutions.
The orientation concluded with collaborative discussions on strengthening partnerships, improving coordination, and enhancing the capacity of local humanitarian actors to deliver timely, inclusive, and accountable humanitarian assistance.
