Sindh Green Foundation (SGF), through the Young Omang Pakistan initiative, organized an interactive awareness session for grassroots youth leaders at the Youth Learning Hub in Shahdadpur, District Sanghar.
The session focused on the harmful impacts of early child and forced marriage, while introducing participants to the Sindh Child Marriage Restraint Act, 2013 and the institutions working to protect children's rights.
Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on how youth can help prevent child marriage by promoting education, raising awareness, and supporting positive social change. At the end of the session, they pledged to become advocates for children's rights and work together to build safer, more inclusive communities where every child—especially every girl—can learn, grow, and thrive.
